I’m Kristen, Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and mother of two. Fitness has been my passion for the past 20 years, and I would love to use that passion to help you reach your health and fitness goals!

Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside. This private, in-home session will help you reach your fitness goals while having fun and boosting your mood at the same time!
50 minute full training sessions and 30 minute express sessions are offered. Nutrition coaching packages with biweekly check-ins for accountability and support are also available!
Proper nutrition is a crucial element in achieving your fitness goals.
Nutrition coaching includes a personal calculation of macronutrients (protein, carbs, and fats) that you should consume each day.
You will log your food each day and I will check your diary twice weekly and provide feedback. Once a week, we will have a check-in call to review the previous week and plan for the next week.
There are no forbidden foods. You can still enjoy the food you love while reaching your goals!

Kristen made everything SO easy! She gave me great tips on things to add on days I was lacking in a certain category. My favorite was oats:) I started to make overnight oats and it was a great way to get my carbs in without a lot of calories. I love that I never felt deprived...in fact, most days I had a hard time getting all the food in! And anyone that tells me I need more carbs is a hero in my book;) I definitely feel like I have more energy and less bloating since working with her. If you are on the fence about doing this program, DON’T. Kristen is so good at what she does and on top of that she is relatable and understands how hard balance can be. I'm not someone who likes to work out, but I like to work out with Kristen. She meets me at my fitness level and sets me up to be successful. Kristen is positive and encouraging , and makes small corrections to improve the safety and efficiency of the workout. She teaches me new techniques and keeps me motivated, all while not feeling intimidated or pressured. Plus I love the convenience of her coming to my house- my kids and dogs love her too!
